Michelle McGlone started as The Hall’s new education coordinator on Jan. 2, 2018. She began her teaching career in Durham, N.C., before moving back to the Northeast in 2001 and teaching in the Brockton (MA) Public Schools. She moved over to Holbrook (middle-high school) as an assistant principal in 2006 before becoming the principal in 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University and two master’s degrees from North Carolina State and Endicott. She will oversee The Hall’s popular education program, which hosts more than 20,000 field trip visitors annually.
The Hall education coordinator oversees all aspects of the education program from facilitating the modules to program administration including the Read Between The Lines summer reading program and the Massachusetts STEM Teacher of the Year program.
